Booking & Property Policies 

1. Liability & Personal Belongings
Madame Hortense  accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the hotel’s property by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility.

2. Check-in / Check-out Times

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00
  Late check-out may incur an additional charge, unless previously arranged with reception.

3. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property.
A €300 fine will be applied in the event of violation, in accordance with hotel regulations.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

4. Quiet Hours
Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
Persistent disturbance may result in termination of the stay without refund.

5. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.

6. Payment & Cancellation Policy
– A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
– In the event of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
– The remaining balance is payable upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
– The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

7. Right to Refuse Service
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to guests who violate property policies or pose a risk to the safety or tranquility of the premises.
